The overall purpose of the project was to focus on a large city and find a problem that needs to be solved. I focused on Chicago and realized that a main concern with the city is safety.
Beacon is an application created to help increase the safety of those who live in urban areas and may need to travel or commute by themselves. It allows them to chat with a trained employee while commuting between places.
